Ever since the lawsuits over "squatting" on 
celebrity domain names, the trend has been 
obvious as are the legal precedents.  

It will raise hell with the Semantic Web 
or it might be the very thing that makes 
it profitable and worth doing.

What's to prevent it? If I want to control what is associated with the
namespaces I create, what option have I?
