How do i set the xerces.jar in my
classpath?
I'm having a Win2K professional system. How do I set the Classpath on
it?
I've tried the following:
1. Environment Variable Name: Classpath
Environment Variable Value: .;C:\xerces-1_4_0\xerces.jar
2. Environment
Variable Name: Path
Environment Variable Value:
.;C:\xerces-1_4_0\xerces.jar
But in both cases it gives me the following
error:
'Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/xml/sax/SAXException'
Is this
still a classpath problem. How do I configure it properly?

probly parser.jar OR jaxp.jar is not set in the class
path.
Hi all,
Please check the attachments for the java and
xml files. I'm trying to compile the java file. I'm getting the errors as in
the error.txt file.
Please do guide me where i'm going
