I think this is a great idea.  Explore how far we can go with specialized
SAX pipelines and little-languages based on pushing SAX processors onto a
stream stack.

Let the dead bury the Post-schema validated!

Horribly enough, an XML Schema processor could probably be written in this
way too: XML Schemas is now streamable and I guess the PSVI could be passed
on as PIs or some other structure currently unknown.
