RE: Names, Nmtokens, and Namespaces

nmtokens
I thinks its simply a bug by all accounts since by VC: Name Token, values of
type NMTOKEN must match production Nmtoken which is (NameChar)+ .. i.e.
"Name" doesn't even come into play ... regardless both accept ":".
