Try the XMLWiz beta at http://www.ebprovider.com/ or the IBM Web Services Development Environment at http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/wsde
There's also an XML Translator Generator on the IBM alphaworks site.
None of these are polished commercial products, but should get you started.
