best practices documents
Hi Folks,

I have updated and improved the online version of the Best Practices
documents:

  - updated the examples to the latest spec
  - expanded the introduction to motivate the need for guidelines
  - fixed a lot of typos
  - recognized the people who have been participating in the
    discussions (many thanks!).

Here is the URL to the online documents:

If you would look it over and provide feedback on improvements, I would
appreciate it. I am going to work hard to keep these online documents
up-to-date with our list group discussions, so that in the end we will
have a set of documents that describes our Best Practices guidelines.
(If you would like to help write and/or edit the guideline documents I
would very much welcome your help.) Thanks for all your participation!
/Roger
