Don Raggett's tidy program?  I don't have Office 2K, so I can't check for
myself.  But as I understand the previous posts, the differences between
O2KML ;~) and XHTML are the same kinds of things that the HTML browsers have
accepted for years, such as not quoting attribute values, and this is the
kind of stuff that I've used tidy to clean up very effectively.
