This is why it is a fun question.  It requires a 
legal answer or else one can't say.   After awhile, 
the Coroner's pronouncement in The Wizard of Oz starts 
to make a lot sense.  "Let the joyous news be spread...".

Depends on your defintion of age. Are we defining the age of the mortal, or
the entity? 

Dead or not, the entity born on Sept. 6, 1950 is now 49. If you're defining
age by mortality, said person is 0 (the null set representing dead).
