Andrew is being polite; Markoff is totally wrong on this subject.  I think
it's not my fault; he interviewed me and the only individual I talked about
(as far as I can recall) was Bosak and his crusade to make the W3C launch
the project.  I have no idea where he picked up the story he told and
in particular I'm sure I never mentioned Michael... weird.
Anyhow, I sent him a note complaining and he wrote back:
