No question, as a common typesetting syntax and even as something that handles
part of the migration, FOs are useful, but I think that's where it ends.

If we're going to continue with this, you're going to have to start getting up
earlier - you keep sending responses through at 7:00 pm when I'm trying to get out
of here...:-)
