Seems just as obvious as most software patents (and obviously have lots of 
prior art)...

When will we begin to see text like:

"Unfortunately, this software is not available to US citizens because it
uses thousands of obvious techniques which are patented in the US.
Please visit us again in 2020, then you may be able to buy the then 20 year
old version."
