RE: MSXML on Win 2000 and transformNode

This sounds more like a WinInet issue now. As you've probably heard in the
past, WinInet has *many* problems in server environments (see
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q238/4/25.ASP). MSXML *is*
built on top of WinInet so I would investiage that before repaving. If this
is the case, repaving won't help.
