differences between css and xslt

Can someone give me a top level differences between
CSS and XSL? I know the CSS3 is under development,
which will include number of new features (user
interface enhancements, SVG, behavioral extensions,
etc.). And the XSL consists of XSLT and vocabulary
for specifying formatting semantics. But is there
any relationship between the two?

Any advice/pointer would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
