Not a general one ... but I've heard tell of one that was
used by a large company which had some _strict_ standards
that all the PostScript documents adhered to.  Same style
guide, tools; and auditing of the PostScript output.  The
SGML conversion was possible in essence because PostScript
was being heavily massaged by some PostScript-hosted tools,
which would have been impossible without such consistent
structure in the generated PostScript.  It just happened to
enable a surprise tool, later -- see what good design can
win you? :-)

The folk who wrote this PS-to-SGML conversion are at this
time not wanting to talk about it or maintain it; it's not
likely that particular technology would be made available
publicly, and in any case it'd not be possible without a
lot more attention to the emitted PostScript than I think
most organizations pay.  (As in, lots of person-years just
to create clean PostScript in the first place.)
