Latest XLink Working draft is publicly available

  The XML Linking Working Group produced it's first XLink working
draft obsoleting the previous version from 1998/03/03.

    XLink Working Draft 26 July 1999

  The draft indicates a number of issues and the working group
is seeking feedback on those. Please mail or Cc those to the
public mailing list www-xml-linking-comments@w...
