I do not see why a data model has any higher requirement for business
models, use cases and so forth than a language like HTML, XLink or XML
namespaces. In fact, I would argue that those languages always have an
implicit data model reflecting implicit use cases and business models. We
can make the data model explicit without making the use models explicit.
Isn't that essentially what the information set is doing?
