How do you distinguish the "thing" from the "retrievable document"? It isn't so much a problem with namespaces because the "Creator" of a namespace is pretty much going to be the "Creator" of the descriptive document.But consider your example of using: http://isbn.org/isbn/1-57595-180-0B to refer to a book *and* to the MARC record.
