Here are the escaped URLs for the 0.8 spec: <http://www.biztalk.org/Biztalk%20Design%20Guide%20Final.htm> and <http://www.biztalk.org/Biztalk%20Framework%20Tags%20Spec%20Final.htm>. Of course, anyone who wanted to could manually fix up the URLs themselves.
