I do not know about Java. But Mozilla is open source, and it has a component
based architecture (XPCOM), which in principle should enable you to extract
just the CSS parser. I do not know high tightly the CSS parser is currently
integrated to the rest of the system, but I'll post a question to the
netscape.public.mozilla.layout newsgroup at news.mozilla.org. Go follow the
discussion there. I'll try and remember to post a summary here as well.
