2. There are no facilities for algorithmic transformations of attributes or element content.

3. There are no facilities for adding "grouping" nodes (e.g. changing
 <H2></H2><P></P><P></P><H2></H2><P></P><P></P> to
 <S2><H2></H2><P></P><P></P></S2><S2><H2></H2><P></P><P></P></S2>
