Elliotte, I just tried it at the U. of Edinburgh's Language Technology
on-line validator, at:
	http://www.cogsci.ed.ac.uk/~richard/xml-check.html
(Based on Richard Tobin's RXP parser.)

This parser reports the torture test as well-formed when operating in
non-validating mode; when validating, it issues only warnings, to the
effect that the content model of the PLAYER element is non-deterministic,
e.g. "After element GS there are multiple choices when the next element is
S." It doesn't seem to be bothered by the entities.
