bnf precedence
Hi,

I tried to find the examples of ambiguity in the grammar for XML spec,
couldn't find too many.

One of the example is :

PubidLiteral ::=  '"' PubidChar* '"' | "'" (PubidChar - "'")* "'"

I'm sure the expected precedence rules here are :

PubidLiteral ::=  ('"' PubidChar* '"') | ("'" (PubidChar - "'")* "'")

And so if it is consistent, it looks like that AB | C should be parsed as
(AB) | C.

Thanks & Regards,
