Now with the DOM it is very easy to take an XML 'data source' and to run sorts, filters, finds and scrolls on it, just like a SQL data base. And for small data bases of less than a1000 records it is every bit as quick. I have a tutorial in the making which shows how to do this on the server side with ASP, and on the client side with IE5. If any one would like to see it please let me know. I would especially welcom criticism before I publish it.
