David, I am surprised by this comment.

Essentially you are saying that since
it would be possible to design poorly
with a given set of tools, we should not
provide these design tools.

Doing the hard stuff is what might give 
one product a competitive advantage over
another. Doing it poorly is what should 
cause the market to reject a product.
