I found some documents which use single quotation marks to surround attribute's values. ex. from XML spec in XML : <vcnote id="vc-roottype"> ......... <vcnote id='vc-PEinMarkupDecl'> decl. <!ATTLIST id ID #REQUIRED> Is there any differences between sigle quote and double quote in representing the attribute's value?
