In the current DOM spec, in the table for NodeValues, the Entity node should return null for its node value. Shouldn't it return the value of the entity or in the case the entity has not been expanded then return null? Really, an entity with just a name, but no data associated with it is pretty useless unless the entity is an external parsed entity where the system id and notation name actually have some real relevance.
