SAX and Attribute value of type ENTITY ?

If an Attribute value is of type ENTITY (<!ATTLIST foo docref ENTITY #IMPLIED>
) what value should return a SAXDriver ? The entity or the value of the entity 
?

Example :

<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<!DOCTYPE foo [
<!ELEMENT foo (#PCDATA)>
<!ATTLIST foo docref ENTITY #IMPLIED>
<!ENTITY mydoc SYSTEM 'mydoc.xml'>
]>
<foo docref="mydoc">blah</foo>

A SAX Driver should return "mydoc" or resolve the entity and return mydoc.xml ?
