Well, almost resounding - the spec vote was close I lost on two out of three, but I can take it. New versions of all sections of 2.0 of the spec will appear in the next two days, including the mysterious and long-awaited use of attributes instead of empty elements for attribute and declaration notations. 4 and 5 will follow shortly thereafter; I suspect they'll need some chewing.
