XML xpointers in SDQL

sdql
ftp://ftp.jclark.com/pub/test/xpointer.zip is an implementation of XML
xpointers in SDQL. This works with Jade 0.7. It doesn't exactly follow the
current draft (notably it doesn't count pseudo-elements), and some features
are not implemented (eg wildcards for attribute names, spans). There's also
a tiny SGML document and DSSSL style sheet that exercises this. Since Jade
currently only supports a single input document this probably isn't yet very
useful, but I thought people might find it interesting.
