I followed the instructions to specify a custom IDE dialect based on the customEDI-extend.xsd and customeEDI-complete.xsd as described here http://www.datadirect.com/developer/data-integration/tutorials/custom-edi-message-types/index.ssp , but I always get the following error: .INI must be present before anything else except .VER.

Note: this doesn't even work with the example specified in the documentation. Has this feature been discarded?

The extension mechanism has been abandoned.

See section "Customizing an EDI Standard" in the Stylus Studio's User Guide, chapter 4.
