Hello,

I am trying to do the following:

count(/Rows/Row[Status = $status and (Target_x0020_Release = 1.0 or Target_x0020_Release = ])

where the 'or' statement checks if there is nothing for Target_x0020_Release.

The desired outcome is that if Target_x0020_Release = 1.0 or if there is nothing in Target_x0020_Release, it will return true for the Status.

I have tried a few things, but can not get it. Thank you for any help you can give me.

What about...

count(/Rows/Row[Status = $status and (Target_x0020_Release = '1.0' or Target_x0020_Release = '')])
