there is an xml who stores a regular expression in the tag.
Please can any one help me how to read each integer separately from that.
Example: If the tag in xml is present as
<AAA>[12345]</AAA>
Can I read each of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

You can use the "substring" family of XPath functions to inspect a string the way you want...

Thanks a lot for reply, but I didnot use substring function, but an answer in topic for XSL Looping on same site by Minollo was very much useful, It was exactly what I needed. I just had to modify the template to suit my problem.
