Ray MurphySubject: OLEDB Provider For ODBC and STYLUS 6
Author: Ray Murphy

Under Stylus 5, using the ADO-to-XML Document Wizard gives a list of OLEDB Providers, including 'OLEDB Provider for ODBC Driver' - this allows me to connect to ANY ODBC datasource.

However, Stylus 6 doesn't appear to show 'OLEDB Provider For ODBC Driver' - if this is true, then why is this? If I'm mistaken, how can I use 'OLEDB Provider for ODBC Driver' ?

Ray,

The ADO providers dialog is part of the system.

Try to install the latest Microsoft Data Access component (MDAC)
available here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/data/

Hope this helps
Ivan
