hello i would like to know if it possible to transform a wordml doc into a html doc with an xslt processor and a stylesheet

In theory, yes.

Microsoft had an early beta of one, and then evidently pulled it to
wait for the offical office release. It appears that no updated one

But nothing should stop you from writing your own. O'Reilly and
Associates has a book "Office 2003 XML" which gives the vocabulary,
and chapter 2 is on-line.
