It looks like the Windows fonts are not fully Euro-enabled yet. In fact
Stylus lists, under the menu Edit|Change Font (or by clicking on the
toolbar button with the italic "F"), the fonts that have symbols for all
the characters contained in the file being edited. But the "normal" fonts
like Courier, Sans Serif, etc.. insists they don't support the Euro symbol
(Unicode character 0x20AC), even if they do.
We are adding a special case for this symbol; that is, we now assume that
all fonts are able to display it.

The problem you are seeing is probably due to a lock on the source file
that is still held (because of the unexpected failure while doing
processing the stylesheet) by the .NET layer; we are investigating to see
if we can release it without closing Stylus.
