Lee HumphriesSubject: XML Validation still doesn't work for date
Author: Lee Humphries
Date: 17 Jan 2002 02:42 AM
Stylus Studio (or the underlying Xerces code) doesn't accept date as a valid type
i.e. something like:

will return:
Type not found in http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema:date

Change it to:

and everything works, which is a bit of a problem when I only want to work with date values.

Hi Lee,
what version of Stylus Studio are you running? The xsd:date datatype
support was added in Xerces 1.6, that is bundled with Stylus Studio since
bl69f.
If you are not running this version, you can download bl69h from
http://www.stylusstudio.com/update
