I am using Stylus Studio X15 Release 2 XML Professional Suite to transform a sample source XML file stored to a local directory to a transformed XML output file. I get the following path error and do not know how to resolve the issue:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Error:
I/O error reported by XML parser processing file:/c:/Data/2018PR~1/JOHN-C~1/XMLOUT~1/CROWD-~1.XML: c:\Data\2018PR~1\schema\xml\archive\arcsight-archive.dtd (The system cannot find the path specified)

at com.exln.stylus.CSaxon8Driver.doProcessing(CSaxon8Driver.java:297)
at com.exln.stylus.CProcessorDriver.process(CProcessorDriver.java:116)
Error:
I/O error reported by XML parser processing file:/c:/Data/2018PR~1/JOHN-C~1/XMLOUT~1/CROWD-~1.XML: c:\Data\2018PR~1\schema\xml\archive\arcsight-archive.dtd (The system cannot find the path specified)

Sorry for the late reply, I am sure you have solved this already.

From the error it seems that your XML is referencing a DTD which is not reachable.
