when your phone arrives
Your phone will arrive connected to our network, but there will be a bar on the account. To remove the bar please call 980 from the phone or 07973 100 980 from a UK landline. When you call, we'll ask for the password you gave us when you ordered. While you are speaking to us, please check that you have been connected to the right services.
paying by Direct Debit
Your request to pay by Direct Debit has been submitted. Pending the result of the credit check, the Direct Debit will appear on your bank statement as 'Orange'. The Direct Debit will be collected each month, on or after, 20 days from the date of your bill.
Confirmation of the instruction will be sent to the bank account holder within 3 working days or no later than 10 working days before the first payment is debited.
Monthly Direct Debit payments will be for the total monthly costs shown above plus all out-of-bundle costs for each phone on the account.
