Paul, sorry for the late reply.

Is the following file present in your system?

c:\Program Files (x86)\
-Stylus Studio X15 XML Enterprise Suite\
---doc\
----ide.chm

If it is, delete it and press F1, Stylus Studio should download a fresh copy

Stylus Studio X15 Online help is hosted here http://download.stylusstudio.com/stylusstudio/components/enterprise-help-1910.zip

Does it help?

Hi Ivan,

Problem manually solved by copying the zip file, extracting and moving the ide.chm file to the proper docs location.
The update using F1 didn't work; i.e. I got the same error message. It's a minor error, but it has been there for a long time now. I remember reporting this very same error quit some time ago. By the way. The file existed under the name ide.chw !!!????
