We have the following requirement:

1. We need to provide an XML file to a government body.
2. They have provided us with an XSD (Schema) document
3. We need to create a style sheet (XSLT) from the schema
4. We have the data required stored in a flat file.
5. We need to use the style sheet to convert the data into an xml file.

Which Stylus products are required to achives this?
