Hello,
I just completed installed Stylus Studio and get it activated via the trial code. I then open my exising XML file from my local PC, when click on FILE --> SAVE Or SAVE AS, I got the Dialogue prompting me to send in error per attached. I am kind a disappointed and ready to uninstall the Stylus. Before un-installing it, do you have any suggestion? Thanks

Hi Angie,

Is this Stylus Studio 2010?

Can you get to Help->About?

If yes can tell us which version of Java Virtual Machine you are running?
