Steen NielsenSubject: Feature request: File Explorer - Shortcuts / My Documents
Author: Steen Nielsen

I have been using Stylus Studio for a little while now and there are some basic things, which I think is missing in the File Explorer.

First off is the user documents folder.
I personally try to contain all my project folders in the Windows "Documents" folder and as pretty much any other code editor in the industry, there should be an easy way to show the "My documents" folder.

I can see that inside "My Computer", there is a folder with my name, but I cannot open that folder. There are no expand/collapse icon infront and doubleclick doesn't open the folder.

If this folder was really meant to work as a shortcut to the user documents folder, it is not working.

Secondly I would really like to be able to create shortcuts in the File Explorer to ease my search for folders hidden deep in the computer. So instead of going through the folder hierarchy every time to my projects folder:
> My computer > Computer > (C:) > Users > [user] > Documents > Projects > [project folder]

I could instead do this:
> Local shortcuts > Projects
or if there is a single project that I am working on regularly, I can put that in the Local shortcuts list as well.

It should be possible to edit, create and remove shortcuts as needed inside the "Local shortcuts" list as well as right click on a local folder and create a shortcut to it.

I think both of these implementations will help a lot of users of Stylus Studio.
What do the rest of you users think?

Just for the record, I am using Windows 7 (don't know if this has any influence on the above, but always a good thing to mention)
