Steve YuSubject: Manual for Professional Edition
Author: Steve Yu

I have 2010 Professional Edition and I can't find a manual specific to this edition online. The Feature Comparison Matrix says that this version is able to convert Fixed-width file to XML, but in the examples provided they are all shown in Enterprise Edition. In the open option there is a checkbox that says Open using XML Converter, but Professional Edition doesn't have that feature.

Can someone please tell me how I can convert Fixed-width file to XML.

Hi Steve,

The Convert to XML module is only available in Enterprise Edition.

The Stylus Studio documentation can be found here

Hope this helps

If you look at the link http://www.stylusstudio.com/buy/compare.html and do a search for import export data file you will see it checked under professional.

Please advise. I already purchased based on your compare sheet. I know the version changed, but I do have a printout of the 2010 Comparison Matrix if you want a copy.
