Cathy EvanSubject: Modify XSLT - Have List of Changes, But What Do They Mean?
Author: Cathy Evan
Date: 01 Apr 2010 08:07 AM
I have never worked with XSLT but need to modify an XSLT file. I have a 'now' and 'what's new' table but do not know what things mean yet. The 'now' says <agencyID/>, and the 'new' says <agencyID name=""/>, same with <foreignFunding/> and <foreignFunding description=""/>. Can you explain what this is telling me and what it means to the XSLT editing?

The lines I'm finding in the current XSLT for those items say
<xsl:for-each select="ns1:agencyID">

and
<xsl:when test="normalize-space(ns1:foreignFunding[1]/text()) or ns1:foreignFunding!= null">

I do not know what changes I need to make based on the 'new' column. If anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated, as this is all new to me.

Thank you.
