Brian HonnigfordSubject: Error in Converter when reading file with an empty line at EOF

First off my company is running Stylus Studio 2008 Release 2 Build 1147c.

Encountered an error in the converter when the input file to the flat to xml converter contains an empty line at the end of the file, Carriage Return Line Feed followed by EOF or just Line Feed followed by EOF.

The converter converts the last actual record correctly but when it encounters the empty line it spits out what I can only assume as the contents of the input buffer from the last line as the contents of the empty line.

I have a example converter file and test doc but it contains customer data, so will not be able to attach to the message.

If you can supply a test case, we'd like to see that behavior.

You can send information directly to stylus-field-report@progress.com,
if you can find a way to reproduce the problem without revealing
confidential data.
