I am trying to test a webservice call through Stylus Studio interface. I can retrieve the WSDL ok so I know there is connectivity, but when I try to test the generated SOAP message, it fails with the error code:
javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: 110001

What does this mean? I can't find a list of error codes.

Given that Stylus is generating the call directly from the WSDL, I would have thought the message must have the correct syntax.

Hi Fred,

It seems to be a server error, may be the SOAP request is invalid.

Try switching to the Microsoft.NET client in the scenario dialog (click the "..." button in the toolbar) and see if you can get the full SOAP fault.

thanks very much Ivan, you were right, it was a soap message fault. I was misunderstanding how you assign the parameter values. I put them into the scenario (...), but it doesn't seem to pick them up from there. When I figured out that I could put the values directly in to the parameters frame, it all worked fine. Of course I should have read the help...
