When I click the icon for Stylus Studio, it begins to open, then goes directly to the "Send Error Report" window.

Hi Dale,
when Stylus Studio crashes immediately after starting it, usually it's because the registry information about the startup positions of windows, toolbars and docking windows got corrupted; depending on which version you are running, you may have to delete this registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stylus Studio\2009 XML Enterprise Suite\DockingWindows83-Summary

...or...
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stylus Studio\2009 Release 2 XML Enterprise Suite\DockingWindows83-Summary

...or a similar one if you are running a different version or edition.
