John OSubject: Editing ![CDATA[ in the Grid View
Author: John O"Connor

Hi,

Sorry if this is not new but I searched.

I want to replace or modify entries in a tag that has the ![CDATA[ code in it.

Example:
NBA TV Top 5: February 27th (Feb. 27)

Now, in grid mode, the metadata i.e. "NBA TV Top 5: February 27th (Feb. 27)" shows up but if I edit the grid cell, it places the metadata outside the CDATA brackets.

Example:
NBA TV Top 5: February 27th (Feb. 27)NBA TV Top 5: February 27th (Feb. 27)

Can anyone explain how to edit it, and keep all metadata within the ![CDATA[ ?

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi John,

This is currently a limitation in the Grid view, the only workaround we can suggest is to use the Tree view for editing.
