i need your help to print the print date on the following code :

In XQuery, it is the current-date() function, as in this:
<ROW>{ concat(PurchaseOrder.DateCreated, '|', PurchaseOrder.DateRequired, '|', current-date(), '|', PurchaseOrder.Remarks) }</ROW>
