I just tried to install stylus studio 2008 on one of our PC's and received a "License Athentication Failed" (software license could not be validated automatically. need to validate license manually by telephone.) prompt requesting that I contact customer service I'm also given an installation reference ID. We have five user licenses and are currently using two. I called the number provided in the message prompt however I've been transferred to several different departments. Can you please help.

Hi Jose,
in order to investigate the problem, could you send the activation key you tried to use to stylus-field-report (at) progress.com?
